We Lead With Service!
It’s one of the things we’re proudest of – our commitment to quality service. One of the most important aspects of quality of service is knowing exactly what service to offer our clients. At Ralph’s Pump & Well, part of our quality service involves our level of expertise. We pride ourselves on the types of service we offer, as well as our in-depth knowledge of various well water, water filtration, water treatment, and well pump systems. Our customers feel confident in our ability to know what they need, and to be able to deliver.
The following is just a little overview of the services we provide:
Well Inspections
When a buyer is involved in a new purchase of a home with a well or water pump system, a well inspection is mandatory. We will perform an inspection for new home buyers, including:
- Mechanical assessment of the well head, water filtration unit, pump system, and verification of daily yield;
- Expected life span and age of well;
- Water testing including bacteria, arsenic and nitrate.
Pump Repairs
While it may be tempting to attempt to repair a well pump by yourself, and there are some issues that homeowners can easily fix, other issues are too complicated for DIYers; this is where Ralph’s Pump & Well comes in. Common issues with water systems or pump systems that require professional attention include broken water lines from the well to the house, bad check valves just above the submersible pump at the bottom of the well, or a bad connector leaving the well casing or even a broken water line inside the well casing. We will diagnose the problem and provide the proper fix.
Well Installations
You may be looking to install a well on your property for the first time. We’ll be happy to consult with you on the best water pump system that will work for you, and then perform an install professionally, making sure that all proper procedures have been followed.
Water Filtration Systems
We can evaluate the effectiveness of your water filtration system by drawing water samples and sending them to a state-approved lab for analysis, and then present you with the results.
Pressure Tanks
The pressure tank is a core component of the entire well system, responsible for regulating pressure and for easing the workload of the well pump; as a result, having the correct well pressure tank is crucial for well-owners. We will evaluate your pressure tank for correct size of usage, and can additionally service your tank to make sure it continues to perform as designed.
Booster Systems
Booster Pumps are used to further boost the pressure in a system, and are commonly used in applications where the normal system pressure is low and needs to be increased. Ralph’s Pump & Well service team can repair, rebuild, redesign, or upgrade your Booster Pump to get it back in service as quickly as possible with the reliability that you expect.
Submersible Pump Systems
Submersible deep-well pumps are buried within wells deep in the ground and push water up through pipes. We can evaluate these pump systems, address any issues, and ensure that they continue to keep water flowing through your water system.
Additionally, Ralph’s Pump & Well services both residential and commercial properties, offers emergency repair, and provides both annual and same-day service.
